About The Loyalty & Partnerships Team (L&P)We are a small, vibrant team within Havas Market. Our sole business objective is to get businesses to work together, to share and recycle their assets and help each other to achieve their respective business goals.

We are a very friendly team of people who work and play in a very social and positive environment.

We work with a wide range of clients from some of the world’s biggest brands to some niche and quirky ones.

ResponsibilitiesStrategy/Kick off

Gather and analyze research, proposals, and supporting documents to inform partnership strategies.

Deeply understand client briefs, ensuring alignment with L&P’s collaborative approach.

Lead team briefings and oversee research into potential brand synergies.

Develop and deliver engaging kickoff presentations that align all stakeholders on objectives, timelines, and responsibilities.

Create and share dynamic project roadmaps, outlining key deliverables, budgets, and potential challenges.

Outreach to and Negotiation with Potential Partners

Manage the outreach and negotiation stages end-to-end with both your clients and potential partners

Identify and scope potential brand partners that align with the L&P team’s asset-sharing ethos.

Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to create meaningful brand collaborations.

Oversee the creation of compelling Proposition Decks that inspire potential partners

Train and support the team in creative and effective outreach techniques.

Take a portion of outreach yourself and oversee the team in theirs

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with brand partners.

Negotiate mutually-beneficial value exchanges that drive business success for all parties and balance each party’s wants and needs

Find workarounds to negotiation challenges

Draft and manage the negotiation and final delivery of partnership agreements (Terms Sheets), ensuring clarity on deliverables, roles & responsibilities and expectations.

Support the trafficking of legal contracts between client and partner

Track outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timings, and lead regular client status meetings.

Implementation

Note: this is not something we do for every client/ project but may be required

Ensure seamless and transparent communication between clients and partners.

Oversee smooth execution of partnership campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Troubleshoot and elevate campaign challenges when necessary.

Define success metrics and track performance to showcase impact.

Develop engaging review documents and case studies that demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposition and services.

Commercials

Align fees and budgets with project timelines, referral structures, and resource planning.

Manage invoicing and financial tracking to ensure value alignment between work delivered and fees received.

Optimize team resources in line with account needs and commercial objectives.

Managing your team

Foster a positive, collaborative, and social team culture in line with Havas Market’s values.

Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they feel supported and inspired.

Provide training on best practices for client management, outreach, and campaign execution.

Identify strengths within the team and create opportunities for growth.

Managing your clients

Build strong, equal-to-equal relationships with clients, ensuring trust and transparency.

Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients navigate partnership opportunities.

Manage client expectations and handle scope changes effectively.

Collaborate with clients’ external agencies to ensure seamless execution.

Address any challenges when clients are not meeting their commitments.

Steering your account

Maintain a strategic, long‐term view of accounts, ensuring continued value creation.

Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Where possible, identify and propose new revenue-generating opportunities for Havas Market and its clients.

Seek out innovative ways to connect brands and maximize shared assets.

Budget opportunities with clients and work with AD to put forward proposals and suggested fees.

Where possible, identify new business opportunities with partners and agencies.
