Our communications resonate deeply with audiences and adhere to the highest standards of healthcare advertising. Committed to driving meaningful change, we work in close partnership with healthcare professionals, patients, carers, and leading pharmaceutical brands to navigate the complex challenges of today's healthcare landscape.

Our Role: As our Paid Media Director - Social & Influence at Havas Lynx, you’ll shape how healthcare brands show up across social and influencer ecosystems - leading bold, insight-driven strategies that connect with healthcare professionals, patients, and wider audiences. Working across multiple clients and therapy areas, you’ll bring together creativity, cultural relevance, and compliance, translating complex healthcare narratives into engaging, platform-first content and partnerships that drive real-world impact.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Lead the evolution, creation and implementation of social media and influencer (KOL/creator) strategies across a range of Havas Lynx healthcare brands and campaigns.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Havas Lynx clients, advising on social trends, platform innovation, and how influence can drive brand and behavioural change.
  • Lead and develop our proprietary influencer offering, identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers, creators, patient advocates, and healthcare professionals, ensuring authenticity and compliance.
  • Oversee end-to-end influencer campaign delivery, from planning and sourcing talent to briefing, execution, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Havas Lynx creatives, strategy, medical, and client services teams to ensure integrated, insight-led campaign delivery.
  • Champion social-first thinking across the agency, embedding best practice, innovation, and platform expertise.
  • Keep ahead of cultural, platform, and creator economy trends, bringing fresh thinking and opportunities to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure all activity aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements within healthcare communications.
  • Analyse campaign performance and social data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

This role could be a great fit for you if:

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in social, influencer, or integrated media roles, ideally within an agency environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of the social media landscape, creator economy, and how influence drives engagement and behaviour.
  • You’re confident developing and presenting strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • You have experience managing influencer or social campaigns end-to-end.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of compliance (healthcare experience is a plus, but not essential).
  • You’re proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a genuine passion for social, culture, and innovation.

What you can expect from us:

  • A supportive and challenging environment in which you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact that matters.
  • Hybrid Working – 3 days in the office (flexible working options are available for in-office days).
  • Starting holiday allowance of 28 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, with increasing allowance connected to length of service.
  • Option to buy, carry or sell holidays.
  • Early Friday finish throughout the year.
  • Seasonal working hours.
  • Enhanced family leave, pay and return to work benefit scheme.
  • Extensive L&D support.
  • Sabbatical opportunities.
  • Season ticket interest free loans for travel.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Life insurance (4x salary).
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Fully compensated company events.
