Our communications resonate deeply with audiences and adhere to the highest standards of healthcare advertising.

Our approach blends strategic insights and deep scientific acumen with cutting-edge creativity and digital innovation, crafting campaigns and solutions that significantly improve people's lives.

We’re a team of over 400+ people in Manchester and London, with a history spanning over 35 years and an ever-evolving future. Please note that this role is based in Manchester, and our current hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Our Role: As a Campaign Director you will build excellent relationships with internal teams and clients, being the key point of contact for workstream-related queries. You will support the team to deliver an efficient, effective and profitable service across all workstreams.

Your role is likely to take you between teams in your career at Lynx, as brand and client needs change with the natural product lifecycle and changing agency workflow. This will allow you to gather experience across different clients, and use your skills to best support high profile, high revenue accounts within the business.

This role will be a great fit for you if you have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in an advertising agency
  • Experience working in project management and project delivery environments - multiple project delivery and orchestrating multiple workstreams
  • Expertise in healthcare/pharma is a must for this role
  • Client facing experience
  • Expert in delivering to deadlines and great attention to detail

Our strategy is to build capabilities internally and inspire the best talent, so we can continue to deliver on our mission.

You can also expect a whole host of benefits, including:

  • Starting holiday allowance of 28 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, with increasing allowance connected to length of service
  • Option to buy, carry or sell holidays
  • Early Friday finish throughout the year
  • Seasonal working hours
  • Enhanced family leave, pay and return to work benefit scheme
