Our communications resonate deeply with audiences and adhere to the highest standards of healthcare advertising.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Bringing deep technical production knowledge across film, animation, documentaries, live events, high‑end out‑of‑home, and interactive experiential installations.
  • Embedding yourself with creative teams during ideation to provide strategic recommendations that shape concepts to ensure they are both highly ambitious and production‑viable.
  • Demonstrating day‑to‑day competency in AI tools and maintaining a forward‑thinking perspective on the generative AI production landscape, proactively proposing AI‑driven solutions to optimise workflows, timelines, and budgets.
  • Overseeing and auditing all project estimates, ensuring value for money and cost‑efficiency while managing rigorous triple‑bidding and estimation processes.
  • Supporting the contractual setup of external vendors and freelancers, ensuring appropriate risk management covering compliance, IR35 regulations, safety standards, and insurance.
  • Defining, negotiating, and securing comprehensive talent, music, and asset usage rights to ensure the agency is fully protected.
  • Establishing and nurturing a highly productive relationship with our in‑house production partner, acting as the primary bridge to resolve operational and pricing friction.
  • Attending high‑level client meetings in an advisory capacity to instil confidence in our production capabilities while managing client expectations regarding production speed, realistic delivery timelines, and budget constraints.

This role could be a great fit for you if:

  • You have exceptional budget management, negotiation, and triple‑bid oversight skills with strong commercial acumen.
  • You possess comprehensive, practical understanding of film, post‑production, out‑of‑home, and experiential fabrication and delivery.
  • You have hands‑on capability with AI productivity and production tools, with the ability to strategically apply them to creative briefs.
  • You demonstrate a strong grasp of production contracts, talent usage rights, licensing, and compliance risk.
  • You're an exceptional communicator who is persuasive, clear, and confident when presenting to internal leadership and external clients.
  • You're solutions‑focused and positive, remaining calm under pressure while maintaining objectivity in problem‑solving.
  • You're a collaborative challenger with a growth mindset, enthusiastic about adopting new technology and pioneering AI workflows.
  • You have experience working with Generative AI tools and data, along with AI certifications from platforms such as Coursera, Section AI, or LinkedIn Learning.

What you can expect from us:

A supportive and challenging environment in which you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact that matters. We put a huge investment into our internal programmes. It's a unique initiative that aims to reward hard work, reduce pressures, and ensure that we can all enjoy our time at Lynx. Our strategy is to build capabilities internally and inspire the best talent, so we can continue to deliver on our mission.
