Are you passionate about building high-performing teams, shaping culture, and making a real impact through people? At Havas Lynx, a global healthcare communications agency, we combine creativity, expertise and deep industry understanding to create work that transforms lives. Behind that work is a culture built on trust, collaboration and high performance—and that’s where you come in. We’re a team of 400+ people across Manchester and London, with over 40 years of heritage and an ambitious future ahead. Everything we achieve is driven by our people.

The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to support team performance, solve people challenges, and help create an environment where people can do their best work. You’ll lead a small People Partnering team—balancing your own partnering responsibilities with team leadership and development. You’ll also play an important role in helping the business adopt AI in practical ways—supporting leaders and teams to use new tools to improve efficiency, insight and the overall employee experience, while maintaining a strong people-first approach.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering closely with leaders to understand priorities and translate these into practical, effective people solutions.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor—providing clear, balanced guidance and supporting leaders to take ownership of their people agenda.
  • Supporting talent and succession planning, helping to build strong capability and internal pipelines.
  • Driving a high-performance culture through effective performance, engagement and development practices.
  • Providing commercially grounded advice on a range of people matters, including complex cases where needed.
  • Coaching and developing managers to build confidence and capability in leading their teams.
  • Leading and developing a small People Partnering team, ensuring a responsive and high-quality service across the business.
  • Supporting the use of AI within people processes to improve efficiency, insight and experience in a practical, accessible way.

What we’re looking for:

  • An experienced Lead People Partner or a Senior People Partner ready to step into a broader, team-leading role (5-7 years experience).
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance people needs and business priorities.
  • A credible and pragmatic advisor who can build trust with stakeholders and provide clear guidance.
  • Someone who is hands-on, solution-focused and comfortable working across both strategic and day-to-day activities.
  • Experience supporting and developing managers in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in how technology and AI can enhance how we work and support our people.

What you can expect from us:

  • A supportive and challenging environment where you’ll have the opportunity to grow, develop and make an impact that matters.
  • Hybrid Working – 3 days in the office.
  • 28 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service.
  • Option to buy, carry or sell holidays.
  • Early Friday finishes.
  • Seasonal working hours.
  • Enhanced family leave and return-to-work support.
  • Extensive L&D support.
  • Sabbatical opportunities.
  • Season ticket loans and cycle to work scheme.
  • Life insurance (4x salary).
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Company events and volunteer days.
  • Wellbeing programme including sports clubs, onsite gym, flu vaccinations and more.
  • Medicash healthcare.
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme.
