The Archway Programme
Havas Archway is our early careers development programme designed to build the next generation of healthcare communications professionals. This year we're taking a truly integrated approach with all of our new entrants following a curriculum that covers integrated strategy and client partnerships. You'll gain exposure across different disciplines, collaborating with multifunctional teams, learning how we use AI to maximise our potential and working on exciting global campaigns from day one. To help you understand where your talents truly lie, you will rotate across an account executive track and a strategy executive track over a period of six months, after which you will specialise.

- Account Executive Track
- Work in a supportive role with senior team members to help deliver global campaigns
- Tasks range from establishing client relationships, attending meetings, and working on budgets to liaising with internal production teams
- Work as part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team to interpret, develop and implement client briefs
- Master LynxAI to enhance agency workflows and your day to day role
- Help market campaigns in exciting and innovative ways to deliver against client objectives and create meaningful change
- Learn about the trends of the creative, health and pharmaceutical industry
- Strategy Executive Track
- Research and Insights: Analyse the landscape – websites, social media, and data trends; conduct category and competitor reviews; deep dive into understanding the behaviour and attitudes of our target audience
- Strategy Development: Develop reports, present findings, and make recommendations that inform briefs
- Creative Collaboration: Work with Client and Creative teams to translate insights into compelling campaign strategies
- Winning New Business: Support pitches and new business development initiatives
