As a Group Account Director at Havas Lynx, you will be proven at establishing and nurturing effective, long-lasting client partnerships. Your strategic nous and critical thinking will mean that you can readily identify opportunities within your existing accounts and beyond resulting in exceptional creative campaigns with demonstrable impact. As a key client partner, you will be responsible for building effective, long-lasting relationships, leading your accounts to position Havas Lynx as the client’s strategic partner as well as using your well-established network to develop broader business opportunities.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Havas Lynx credentials and be able to confidently explain the agency's portfolio of services to clients to grow accounts and bring in new business. Develop your team’s capability in all areas of customer service and account management, encouraging best practice across creative, production, client services and financial management.
You are an experienced Group Account Director with significant Healthcare/pharmaceutical experience in a creative agency, Veeva experience and Omnichannel HCP assets expertise, creative conceptual project end to end management, and commercial/forecast expertise. You have managed large teams across multiple brands and have experience working with Generative AI tools and data, along with AI certifications from platforms such as Coursera, Section AI, or LinkedIn Learning.
