We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Designer to join our creative team on a remote basis. You will be given the opportunity to contribute to the design excellence across projects, ensuring every piece of work meets and exceeds client expectations. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and play a role in shaping the visual direction of campaigns.

Technical Expertise & Creative Excellence
  • Apply a strong understanding of client business objectives and target audiences to deliver relevant, effective design solutions.
  • Deliver high‑quality creative across a range of projects, consistently exceeding the brief.
  • Maintain and develop advanced proficiency in core design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Digital UX, Print), actively sharing knowledge with the wider team.
  • Ensure exceptional standards of quality control, accuracy, craft and impact, delivering work on time and to brief.
  • Take ownership of time management and commercial awareness for both personal output and junior team members.
  • Demonstrate excellence in visual communication, including typography, branding, UX/UI, imagery, ideation and design strategy.
  • Translate concepts into polished final outputs, supporting Senior and Lead Designers with creative direction across photography, typography, iconography and tone of voice, with consideration for localisation.
  • Manage design delivery proactively, escalating risks or challenges where appropriate.
  • Support creative production decisions and provide direction to external partners such as photographers and illustrators.
  • Bring a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics to every execution, ensuring consistently high design standards.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and award‑winning work, applying insight innovatively to projects.
  • Champion creative effectiveness, grounding design decisions in insight, research and results.
  • Contribute to award submissions, articulating creative impact and effectiveness.
  • Confidently interpret research and data, and communicate compelling creative narratives to clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively within a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver strong design solutions.
  • Work closely with Client Services to define objectives, budgets, background, and presentation approaches.
  • Shape and refine briefs by applying insight into client and audience needs, proactively suggesting improvements and guiding junior team members.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, advising and supporting clients throughout projects alongside Client Services.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure the right people are involved at the right time.
  • Produce accurate time estimates and support the Senior Designer in identifying and resolving potential project challenges.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative working environment that enables high‑quality creative output.
  • Be able to produce accurate estimates, clearly communicating how long you think is required to complete a piece of work, supporting the Lead Designer in troubleshooting any possible challenges that may impact the smooth progression of the project.
  • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team: Collaborate with a variety of disciplines, both internally and externally, to develop design solutions.
  • Liaise with the Client Services team to determine project objectives, budget, background information and presentation approaches, styles and techniques.
  • Proactively suggest effective builds and edits of briefs using your understanding of the client, audience and their needs.
  • Be proactive in establishing and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with the client services team; taking a proactive role in guiding and advising the client as appropriate.
  • Actively foster an atmosphere of positive working that allows creative and effective work to flourish.
