Our Role: As Planning Partner, you will play a critical role in not only driving strategic excellence in the accounts and teams you are involved in but developing the strategy offering of Havas Lynx. Reporting to, and working closely with the CSO, you will lead the evolution and growth of the Strategy Team; from initial talent acquisition, through to learning & development and retention. You’ll be a champion for the function – celebrating successes internally and ensuring the value of the Strategy Team is recognised, whilst also driving our presence both in the network and the wider industry.
Alongside building the Strategy Team profile, you’ll drive a collaborative approach with other disciplines across the business, facilitating the transformation of deep scientific understanding into valuable insights and award-winning effective campaigns. You’ll also make key contributions to team processes across the agencies, ensuring the Strategy Team have the infrastructure, training and support they need to really thrive and succeed.
This role will be a great fit for you if you have:
- Previous experience in a similar role in an advertising agency (Not digital or media as this is creative) - This is above Head of Strategy level - so 10+ years experience in a leadership strategy position is required
- Proven confident and effective management and leadership skills
- Proven writing and problem-solving skills having worked across multiple therapy areas, brands, clients and campaigns
- Ability to identify with, and establish strong relationships with all members of the Strategy Team and partnerships with ALT teams and ELT across the business
- Influencing and negotiating skills from both a client and internal team perspective
- Drive a collaborative approach across the Strategy Team and with other disciplines across the business
- Champion process and ways of working optimisation across the business
- Expertise in healthcare/pharma is a must for this role
- Client facing/leading experience
