Role: Junior Producer
Reporting Into: Project Director
Responsibilities:
- Develop scopes of work – able to scope large projects (£200k+), adhering to the client’s needs and expectations on project goals and objectives.
- Manage timings – effectively communicate timings externally and internally, working closely with our resource manager and tech team.
- Manage budgets – track budgets and expenditure for a variety of projects, monitoring any change control.
- Champion ways of working – participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and processes.
- Coordinate teams – able to coordinate teams of various skill sets including strategists, creatives, design, tech, client services and other internal stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively – clearly communicate with internal teammates to set priorities and meet objectives.
- Build relationships – foster relationships with each department and collaborate to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Problem solver – identify issues and risks early in the process and come up with solutions.
