Role Summary
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in attracting, sourcing, engaging, and hiring top tier healthcare communications talent across several of our agencies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and working closely with leadership teams to meet business needs.
Ideally, you’ll be able to travel to our Kings Cross office once a week, and our Thames Ditton office once a week.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from role sign-off to offer stage
- Conducting first-stage interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Providing a positive and meaningful candidate experience at every stage
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and best practices
- Writing compelling job ads and managing job postings across various platforms
- Proactively sourcing and building talent pipelines for permanent and freelance hires
- Supporting employer branding initiatives
- Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics to support business decisions
- Supporting Early Careers recruitment
