We are now recruiting for a Graphic Designer/ Powerpoint Specialist to join Sciterion. The role is a full-time, permanent and hybrid with an office based in Thames Ditton, Surrey. The role The PowerPoint specialist will be seen as the innovator collaborating with all Business Units and teams within Sciterion to consistently create and supply high-quality PowerPoint decks and templates, incorporating meaningful motion graphics and transitions. With a good eye for detail, you will add value by suggesting novel solutions, and utilise specialist knowledge to produce work that goes beyond the ordinary for internal customers to use for external clients. Bring fresh ideas to their offering by keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in Office and PowerPoint and researching the latest techniques and new practices. Core duties and responsibilities Accurately interpret and complete briefs from Client Services / Writing teams Produce templates and amends accurately and build a library of templates that can be drawn upon for future use to optimise time efficiencies. Deliver high-quality PowerPoint Presentations and redraws to specific guidelines with consistency and accuracy, to tight deadlines. Seamlessly integrate Excel tables, graphs and charts into presentations Maintain a portfolio of creative insight to allow you to provide the best support to your customers Regularly plan in training to upskill PowerPoint to the teams around you The person Previous experience from a medical communications or healthcare background Advanced experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Ability to move between Illustrator and PPT when necessary Ability to challenge respectfully to enable top-quality work Attention to detail Excellent time management skills Please apply with your portfolio.
