Introduction
Project Unify is Prose on Pixels’ internal global transformation initiative, focused on aligning all studios onto a shared global tech stack. We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of this complex programme. You\’ll be responsible for driving progress across a cross-functional delivery roadmap, supporting global stakeholders, and maintaining momentum across feature development.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role, ideal for someone with strong technical understanding, stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage feature intake and decision-making: Triage and challenge new requests, guiding them through gating sessions to determine next steps in collaboration with technical and operational stakeholders.
- Facilitate prioritisation and planning sessions: Help teams assess impact and urgency, and support transparent, collaborative prioritisation of the roadmap.
- Manage and track progress across workstreams: Oversee multiple concurrent feature deliveries, ensuring teams remain aligned to timelines, dependencies, and quality expectations.
- Act as a key communication bridge: Translate technical information for non‑technical stakeholders and ensure updates are clearly cascaded between teams.
- Escalate blockers and manage risk: Monitor the pipeline, maintain a RAID log, and flag issues early, proactively driving resolution and escalating where needed.
- Coordinate across tech and business teams: Work closely with development leads, Scrum Master, Business Analysts, and global stakeholders to ensure initiatives are well scoped, resourced, and moving forward.
- Run and support key meetings: Own agendas, keep meetings focused, follow up on actions, and ensure decisions are documented and communicated.
- Drive process consistency and improvement: Keep documentation up to date, evolve workflows as needed, and champion consistency across the global team.
- Represent the tech team: Join early scoping calls or workshops and support the communication of proposed solutions and technical approaches back to the business.
Experience & Skills Required
- 3 + years’ experience in project management within a product, technology, or transformation‑led environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams across a matrixed, fast‑paced, and international organisation.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum, with experience working closely with development teams or cross‑functional delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence leading cross‑functional meetings.
- Comfortable translating between business and technical teams and challenging where necessary to drive the best outcome.
- Organised and proactive, able to juggle multiple initiatives, keep meetings focused, and follow through on actions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable using Jira, Confluence, and other modern collaboration/project tracking tools.
- Experience with Adobe Content Supply chain is a bonus (Workfront, AEM Assets, Fusion, Frame.io).
- Resilient under pressure, with the ability to stay calm, prioritise effectively, and maintain momentum.
