The Havas Creative Finance team is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Revenue Accountant to oversee all matters linked to revenue recognition. They will provide support and financial guidance to the production team and be responsible for the revenue month-end close. The Revenue Accountant will also work with the Finance Analyst to produce monthly client recovery and profitability reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve revenue accruals and deferrals for month-end reporting.
  • Prepare profit sharing calculations for month-end reporting.
  • Prepare rebate deferrals for month-end reporting.
  • Oversee WIP billing balances with the budget controller and ensure revenue recognition is accurate.
  • Attend weekly finance update meetings with the leadership team, led by the CFO.
  • Participate in weekly forecast meetings for revenue updates.
  • Produce monthly client recovery reconciliations.
  • Review monthly recovery reports and organize meetings with account leads.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and tasks.

Skills:

  • Experience with month-end and revenue accounting.
  • Previous agency experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
