Role Overview: The Resource Manager will oversee project workflows within our full-service B2B agency, ensuring efficient project delivery and acting as the central communication point between departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage prioritization, scheduling, and progress of multiple projects.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure timely delivery and revenue recognition.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring stakeholder awareness of deadlines.
- Collaborate with client services and producers to estimate resource needs.
- Improve internal processes and utilize Monday.com for tracking.
- Report on client scopes and team capacity weekly.
- Support Statements of Work creation and burn down analysis.
