The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across assigned business areas, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure high-quality talent. Working collaboratively within the wider Talent team, the role also contributes to key initiatives that elevate the Talent Acquisition strategy, including outreach and attraction activity, employer value proposition development, workforce planning and strong alignment with talent development. Through a combination of hands-on delivery and strategic partnership, the role helps build sustainable, high-performing teams that support the organisation’s long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective hiring outcomes, providing expert guidance on role requirements, hiring approaches and selection best practice.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring a positive, inclusive and consistent candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and market engagement.
- Support workforce and hiring plans in partnership with People Business Partners and senior TA colleagues.
- Act as an ambassador for the employer brand, contributing to attraction activity and outreach initiatives.
- Use data and insight to maintain accurate records, support reporting and drive continuous improvement in recruitment performance.
- Collaborate with the wider People team to align recruitment with onboarding, retention and talent development.
- Contribute to TA projects and process improvements, ensuring consistent, efficient and high-quality recruitment delivery.
