The Content Architect will partner with global / key local clients, Havas agencies, and Production leadership to deliver impact and fulfil the Audience First Production vision.
The Content Strategist will have a clear understanding of the strategic focus of our own Audience First Production business and understand the need for developing profitable business from existing and new clients. In order to do this the Content Architect must develop an understanding about each client’s business, the audiences we need to reach, and about the range of Create, Scale and Personalize Production services we have available (or can develop) to support the achievement of their objectives.

- Audience First Measurement and Optimization. Partnering with Agency and Client teams to determine KPIs for measurement, the associated methodology for measurement, optimization criteria and ongoing optimization recommendations that follow the data.
Successful fulfilment of the role involves working with clients and Havas agencies as a valued partner / expert. This includes being able to present with confidence and talk knowledgeably to establish credibility, enlighten with knowledge / insight, and enable understanding of an optimal solution. The Content Strategist must be committed to providing the very highest quality of service and inspire their colleagues to do likewise. This requires a capability to lead by example and demonstrate, by their own commitment to excellence, the personal and technical standards expected of a leader with Havas.
Further, acknowledging that collaboration is core to our success, the role will involve championing collaboration through the Prose on Pixels network, providing the example and encouragement for teams to deliver progress as a team.
The value we will provide to clients will evolve at the pace of Audience First insight. Consequently, so too will the value delivered by the role. The Content Strategist will have the ability and agility to evolve thinking and delivery accordingly.
