Havas SO exists to create meaningful solutions in health that earn real-world impact.

We believe creativity is one of the most powerful tools we have to make that happen — turning complexity into clarity, science into stories, and ideas into experiences that move through culture.

As communications undergoes the biggest structural reset in decades, we are building a next-generation creative team: one driven by cultural intelligence, world-class craft, multidisciplinary experimentation and the belief that creativity can shape human behaviour for the better.

We are also a deeply kind, curious, optimistic team. Great humans make great work.

Why Havas SO?

We believe healthcare presents some of the most exciting creative challenges in the world. Complex science, deeply human stories and the opportunity to make a real difference.

We’re building an earned-first creative culture that challenges conventions, brings humanity to science and creates work people genuinely care about.

We have the entrepreneurial energy and ambition of a start-up, with the opportunities, expertise and backing of a global network.

It’s a chance to help shape our creative culture, push boundaries and play a leading role in building the agency’s creative reputation.

The Role

We’re looking for a different kind of creative.

Someone who doesn’t just want to make traditional advertising but earned first work that travels; Ideas that people talk about, share, participate in and write about.

Ideas that live across social media, real‑world experiences, culture and the news.

At Havas SO, we believe health deserves truly differentiated, bold and brilliant creativity more than any other category.

Work that challenges conventions, moves people and makes a meaningful difference.

We’re looking for an exceptional, copy‑led Senior Creative who shares that ambition.

A brilliant conceptual thinker, outstanding writer and confident creative leader who thrives on making purposeful work.

You might come from PR, advertising, social or consumer creative.

What matters is that you’re inspired by ideas that live beyond traditional paid media channels.

You understand the power of earned attention and want to bring the very best of creativity into health.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, Design Director and PR teams, leading creative development across global pharmaceutical brands, consumer health and purpose‑led organisations.

  • What you’ll do
  • Create ideas that earn attention.

Develop bold, original creative platforms and activations built around cultural insights, news hooks and human truths, designed to generate coverage, conversation and participation across earned channels.

  • Bring brilliant writing to everything. From big conceptual platforms and campaign narratives to sharp headlines, scripts and social copy.
  • Lead creative development. Take ownership of projects and new business pitches, confidently developing, presenting and selling ideas to senior clients.
  • Raise creative standards. Champion exceptional work, challenge thinking constructively and have the confidence to push back when ideas aren’t good enough.
  • Make science human.

Transform complex healthcare challenges into culturally relevant, emotionally compelling ideas.

Embrace the challenge of pharmaceutical regulations, finding innovative ways to make ambitious creativity happen.

  • Be proactive. Bring fresh cultural insights, emerging trends and original ideas to clients and the agency. Spot opportunities before they become briefs.
  • Experiment and innovate. Explore AI, emerging technologies and new creative approaches, bringing a spirit of play and experimentation to the work.
  • Collaborate and inspire. Work with PR, strategy, design and social teams to create outstanding work, while mentoring junior talent and championing creativity across the agency.
  • Tell compelling stories. Build persuasive, beautifully structured creative presentations that bring ideas to life and inspire confidence.
  • What we’re looking for
  • An instinct for earned creativity.

You understand what makes an idea newsworthy, shareable and talkable.

You can spot a compelling news hook, tap into cultural conversations and create ideas that journalists want to cover, people want to share and audiences want to participate in.

  • Exceptional conceptual and copywriting skills. You’re as comfortable developing a powerful creative platform as you are crafting a brilliant headline or social caption.
  • Creative confidence and leadership.

You have strong judgement, a point of view and the conviction to champion great work.

You can lead independently while bringing others with you.

  • A track record of creative excellence.

You’ve already made award‑winning work and have the ambition to compete on the world’s biggest creative stages.

You know what world‑class looks like, with experience creating work recognised by leading industry awards and the hunger to go further.

  • You want to make ideas that stand shoulder to shoulder with the very best at Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clios and LIA.
  • Relentless curiosity.

You’re fascinated by people, culture, technology and science.

You’re excited by AI, happy to experiment and always looking for new ways to push creativity forward.

  • An entrepreneurial, can‑do spirit.

You’re proactive, resourceful and solutions‑focused.

You bring energy, optimism and determination, thriving in an environment where there’s an opportunity to build, shape and make things happen.

  • A collaborative mindset. You enjoy working across disciplines, nurturing junior talent and making the people and work around you better.
  • You’ll bring a strong portfolio of conceptual work and experience in a senior creative role, ideally within PR, earned, social‑first, advertising or integrated creative environments.
  • Healthcare experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

We’re equally interested in creatives from consumer backgrounds who want to bring fresh thinking into health.

What matters is your excitement about the category, your willingness to navigate its complexities and your appetite to make work that genuinely changes things.
