Introduction

We are looking for a highly organised, Client-Facing integrated Account + Project Manager to manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion for one of our retained Sport & Lifestyle Clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Sport & Lifestyle experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management: As this role is responsible for liaising with and managing our Client directly, it is important to actively build relationships with a wide range of external stakeholders and our internal cross-channel teams to become a trusted and valued resource for campaign project delivery.
  • Planning & Scope Management: Defining project goals, scope, timelines, and resources. Working with the resource manager to define project teams.
  • Budget Management: Tracking, managing and controlling a monthly retainer.
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.
  • Progress Monitoring & Control: Tracking project progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Project Closure: Formalising project completion and documenting lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Strong financial and budget management skills, ensuring projects meet financial targets while optimising resources effectively.
  • Experience managing large scale cross-channel campaigns across motion, static and HTML5.
  • Good Client management skills and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
  • A proactive problem solver who can navigate challenges, streamline processes, and solve problems throughout a project lifecycle.
  • Patient and persistent, with the ability to manage high-pressure situations, resolve challenges, and maintain strong relationships across teams.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities effectively.
  • Understanding of financial principles and budgeting processes.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable networking and representing the agency, building strong industry relationships and staying ahead of trends to drive opportunities.
  • Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of project management tools, methodologies and digital production workflows.

  • Understanding of Sports / Lifestyle / Retail businesses
