THE ROLE This is an exciting position as a Biddable Business Director within Havas Media Network, with a focus on our luxury brand portfolio. You’ll be working with some of our most prestigious clients, with a strong emphasis on agility and best in class media delivery, alongside Client, Data & Engineering and Product & Investment teams. Working with the Head of Paid Social and Head of Programmatic, you’ll support the development of an innovative proposition across the agency, leading a team of Paid Social and Programmatic specialists to roll out learning initiatives across the client teams and groups, as well as create best practice processes and behaviours.

You are expected to strategically design and lead Biddable products and implementation for clients and drive a truly integrated direction across biddable channels. You are also expected to work closely with Investment & Trading teams to deliver commercial and quality targets across all activities, ensuring that investment on behalf of our clients is commercially optimal with proprietary products and preferred partners. You should be experienced in audience planning, implementation and measurement, and can comfortably and confidently talk about how to maintain the integrity of audience segmentations, from planning to buying.

You should be a visionary leader, as well as to be fully committed to turn vision into practice, with a deep commercial and operational mindset. The role is perfect for someone who has demonstrated solid leadership and management in the Paid Social and/or Programmatic industry, with an ambition to develop and use existing knowledge of all communication channels and how they work together within an integrated ecosystem. You’ll be required to translate complex biddable solutions to our current and potential clients, to support commercial growth through organic opportunities with non-biddable clients and demonstrate our proposition as part of new business pitches.

We’re looking for:

  • A natural leader with 6+ years solid experience and proven track record working with Paid Social and/or Programmatic teams, with strong planning, trading and operational experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to educate internal and external stakeholders in understanding the role of Paid Social and Programmatic in the wider media mix.
  • Good storyteller with great presentation skills and can think creatively.
  • Able to articulate complex matters in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with many people of different backgrounds and skill sets.
  • In-depth knowledge of all Paid Social and Programmatic tools as well as audience insight tools.
  • Experience owning and leading a project from start to finish.
  • Strong commercial mindset and always looking for opportunities to innovate for clients.
  • Detail-oriented and organised with proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
