- Be able to demonstrate instances where they have worked in a team
- Be a proactive person with a creative nature who possess a keen eye for detail
- Not essential, but a STEM degree is ideal for some of our accounts!

- We have a screening call, either over the phone or Microsoft Teams (we would love to be able to speak to everyone but that isn’t always possible)
- First stage interview: generally done remotely which covers questions around the main competencies of the role (communication, organisation, software previously used etc.)
- Second stage interview: completed in the office, where you will be given a tour. You will also be given a task or presentation to complete in advance.
