Junior Project Manager

As a Producer, you’ll be expected to work across a range of mediums and will need experience in producing assets including film and still shoots, print, social and digital media. Experience in CX & CRM would be a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scopes of work – able to scope large projects (200k+), adhering to the client’s needs and expectations on project goals and objectives.
• Manage timings – effectively communicate timings externally and internally, working closely with our resource manager and tech team.
• Manage budgets – track budgets and expenditure for a variety of projects, monitoring any change control.
• Champion ways of working – participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and processes.
• Coordinate teams – able to coordinate teams of various skill sets including strategists, creatives, design, tech, client services and other internal stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively – clearly communicate with internal teammates to set priorities and meet objectives.
• Build relationships – foster relationships with each department and collaborate to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Problem solver – identify issues and risks early in the process and come up with solutions.
