You’ll be working on a very diverse range of projects from brand and product advertising campaigns across channels, original still and moving image asset origination, local market adapts of global work, design briefs, customer magazine, web campaign landing pages and national and local level brand.Would therefore suit candidates experienced in a broad range of marketing disciplines – particularly paid social, original editorial content, campaign localisation and product shoots Liaising with all internal departments including Creative, Planning, Resourcing, Design as well as Havas sister agencies and other 3rd party agency partners. Demonstrate proactive management of campaigns, successfully pushing projects forward and managing timelines, plus agreed budgets to avoid over burning. Should demonstrably add value to the strategic and creative direction of all campaigns, will challenge the status quo Displays high levels of commercial acumen - provide accurate forecasting and ensure all finances are accurate and on time. A relentlessly can-do attitude, approaching every challenge as an opportunity to test, prove and improve yourself and bring o thers with youA great team player, proactively and frequently providing reliable support to your colleagues no matter what the task. A constant thirst for learning – seeks out opportunities to learn from your colleagues or volunteering to support new projects. Have an opinion – don’t just be a bystanderHaving an adult attitude to solving problems and dealing with difficult conversations. Preparing well for 1:1’s and development conversations, taking the initiative for driving your own development with the support of you r line manager. Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
