Full-Time On-site

Please, please, please, read the full job description before applying. This is a very specific role with a specific set of interests and experience needed, with the ability to project manage and make things happen at its essence.

Who We Are

Havas Creative Network operates at the intersection of creativity, data, culture and technology, built around our Village model and united by a single ambition: growth, powered by desire.

Our global scale spans 23,000+ people across 72 Villages, powered by an operating model that fuses intelligence, creativity and technology into one connected ecosystem.

The Havas Creative Network Global Intelligence & Innovation team is Havas Creative’s global engine for strategy, intelligence and innovation, leading strategic client engagements and global pitches, and developing proprietary research, IP, methods, tools and products that help our teams and clients make better decisions and create better work.

Our work spans brand and creative strategy, intelligence, data and analytics, proprietary thought leadership, AI-powered intelligence products and new commercial propositions.

The role

We are looking for an Intelligence & Innovation Manager to help drive the delivery, adoption and scaling of Havas Creative Network’s global Intelligence & Innovation agenda.

This is a highly autonomous, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of intelligence, innovation, AI, capability-building and network activation.

You will be responsible for turning our global Intelligence & Innovation strategy into action: managing key AI and intelligence partnerships, leading global programmes such as Better Science Creates Better Magic, driving adoption of Havas’s proprietary intelligence capabilities, and connecting and enabling our global Creative Intelligence Community.

You will work across a broad portfolio of programmes simultaneously, collaborating with strategists, data teams, product teams, external technology partners, agency leadership and market teams around the world.

This role requires someone who is exceptionally organised but also strategically curious. You should be equally comfortable running a complex global programme, assessing a new AI platform, developing content for an intelligence initiative, coordinating a community webinar or helping mobilise intelligence around a priority pitch.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, spot what needs to happen and proactively move things forward, rather than waiting for direction.

We are looking for

We are looking for a highly proactive, curious and organised intelligence and innovation professional who can operate independently across multiple global workstreams.

You will bring:

  • Strong experience in strategy, intelligence, innovation or related roles, ideally within a creative agency, consultancy, technology or global marketing environment
  • A strong understanding of AI tools, intelligence platforms and emerging technologies, and curiosity about how they can improve strategy and creativity
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes across markets and functions
  • The ability to independently take ownership of projects from initial brief through to delivery and evaluation
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to understand the purpose behind an initiative rather than simply managing its delivery
  • Experience building relationships with external partners, technology providers or vendors
  • Strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and teams across markets
  • The ability to build communities and engage people around new tools, capabilities and ways of working
  • An understanding of how research, data and intelligence can contribute to stronger brand and creative strategy
  • Confidence working across different cultures, markets and time zones
  • An entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset and the confidence to make recommendations rather than simply escalate decisions
  • Genuine curiosity about culture, consumers, brands, creativity, intelligence, AI and technology
  • Experience with AI agent-building or prototyping would be advantageous

Responsibilities

AI Tools & Partnerships

  • Own and manage key third-party AI and intelligence tool partnerships, from initial evaluation and trials through onboarding, adoption and renewal
  • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for external intelligence and technology partners
  • Coordinate partnership negotiations, trials, demonstrations and network rollouts
  • Maintain a clear view of the AI and intelligence tool ecosystem available across the network
  • Evaluate new tools and platforms against genuine strategy, intelligence and creative needs and make recommendations on their potential value
  • Coordinate adoption and enablement programmes so that teams understand not just how tools work, but where and why to use them
  • Gather feedback from markets and users to understand effectiveness and inform future partnership decisions

Global Learning & Capability

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of the global Better Science Creates Better Magic programme
  • Work with Intelligence & Innovation leadership to evolve the programme's content, format, audiences and market priorities
  • Manage the annual programme calendar and coordinate delivery across regions
  • Bring together cross-functional teams and work closely with local CSOs, strategy leads, intelligence and data teams
  • Oversee programme content, materials, data packs, technology and communications
  • Coordinate contributors, speakers and specialist partners required for individual sessions and workshops
  • Gather participant feedback and identify opportunities to strengthen subsequent programmes
  • Help translate learning into ongoing adoption of tools, methodologies and intelligence capabilities beyond individual workshops
  • Manage and grow the global Creative Intelligence Community, connecting strategy and intelligence talent across Havas Creative Network
  • Develop the community programme and calendar, creating regular reasons for members to connect, contribute and learn from one another
  • Design and manage the global webinar series, including themes, speakers, content and delivery
  • Manage the Innovation Champions programme and help activate champions within their respective markets and agencies
  • Own day-to-day community communications and engagement
  • Manage and evolve the Creative Intelligence Hub, ensuring members have access to relevant intelligence, tools, training, webinars and resources
  • Use the community to drive awareness and adoption of global Intelligence & Innovation capabilities
  • Create effective feedback loops between global and local teams, bringing market needs, ideas and opportunities back into the Intelligence & Innovation agenda
  • Manage incoming community requests and connect people to the appropriate capability, expertise or resource
  • Drive adoption of Havas’s proprietary intelligence capabilities and tools across the global network
  • Help teams understand where different intelligence capabilities can add value across pitches, client briefs and strategic challenges
  • Develop enablement materials, case studies, communications and training that make capabilities easier for markets to understand and use
  • Identify examples of effective application across markets and share them with the wider network
  • Gather user and market feedback and work with relevant teams to improve intelligence tools, methodologies and propositions
  • Connect teams and briefs with the most relevant Intelligence & Innovation capabilities
  • Support priority global and multi-market pitches and client engagements where bespoke intelligence or research can strengthen the strategic response
  • Coordinate intelligence workstreams across research, data, cultural intelligence and other specialist capabilities
  • Help identify the most relevant proprietary tools, methodologies and external intelligence sources for individual briefs
  • Work alongside strategists and intelligence specialists to turn multiple inputs into clear, useful strategic evidence
  • Manage intelligence deliverables and timelines across fast-moving pitch environments
  • Capture and share valuable approaches and learning from pitches so they can strengthen future network capability

Programme & Strategic Operations

  • Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies and delivery across multiple Intelligence & Innovation workstreams
  • Provide visibility across major programmes, identifying potential risks or dependencies early and helping resolve them
  • Establish consistent ways of working that make global programmes easier to manage and scale
  • Connect activity across intelligence, AI partnerships, learning, community and network activation so initiatives reinforce one another rather than operating in isolation
  • Manage relevant programme documentation, trackers, resources and communications
  • Bring structure and momentum to new initiatives from initial idea through execution
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve how the Intelligence & Innovation function operates
  • Build strong relationships with CSOs, strategy and intelligence leaders and market teams across Havas Creative Network
  • Act as a central point of connection between the Global Intelligence & Innovation team and markets
  • Understand market needs and identify opportunities to connect teams with relevant global capabilities
  • Coordinate effectively across regions, cultures, disciplines and time zones
  • Represent the Intelligence & Innovation team in relevant network and cross-functional forums
  • Build relationships with specialist teams across strategy, data, AI, technology and product to enable effective collaboration
  • Ensure communication between global and local teams remains clear, useful and actionable
