About the Role

The Apprenticeship Sales Executive is a business development and employer engagement role focused on growing our apprenticeship provision and strengthening partnerships with employers. The post holder is responsible for generating new business opportunities and delivering end-to-end apprenticeship recruitment solutions, from initial engagement through to enrolment. They play a key role in achieving income and learner start targets while ensuring compliance with government funding rules and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development activity to recruit new employers and expand apprenticeship opportunities
  • Deliver a full end-to-end apprenticeship service, from opportunity creation to apprentice recruitment
  • Achieve annual income and learner start targets to support apprenticeship growth
  • Conduct employer training needs analyses (TNAs) and complete learner onboarding documentation
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts, funding agreements, and pricing plans with employers
  • Undertake sales activities including telesales, networking, social media engagement, and face-to-face meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM/database records and produce sales forecasts and pipeline reports
  • Represent the organisation at internal and external events to promote apprenticeship provision
