We are currently looking for a Store Manager (40 hours/week) for a temporary position at our Selfridges Manchester location: 1 Exchange Square, Central, Manchester M3 1BD, United Kingdom. Contract duration: June 2025 – September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines
- Ensure smooth and efficient store performance while maximizing profitability
- Organize staff schedules and manage team performance
- Monitor stock levels and ensure a well-balanced product assortment on the sales floor
- Maintain brand image and visual merchandising standards in line with Havaianas guidelines
- Prepare financial and performance reports
- Handle customer interactions and resolve complaints professionally
- Supervise pricing and point-of-sale accuracy
- Drive sales through team motivation and achievement of targets
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Act as the main liaison with the head office
- At least one year's experience as store manager
- Hourly flexibility
- Must be motivated and able to take initiative
- Passion for sales
- Knowing how to manage time and assigned priorities
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work at the service of the team and the customer to offer a unique experience in our store
- Native or advanced English language
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
