What we’re looking for:
An “Executive Pastry Chef or Creative Director” with a proven background in luxury hospitality, premium dessert brands, or fine dining.
A leader in concept creation, flavour innovation, and visual storytelling
Someone who understands both the artistry of the plate and the science of scaling quality through systems and teams
Experience working in or with production kitchens or centralised facilities is a big plus
The Role:
Consulting Position with opportunity for long-term collaboration
UK-based or open to international travel
Immediate start for concept design, menu creation, R\\&D, and plating vision
