What We're Looking For
• Proven GM or senior management experience in hospitality.
• Strong commercial instinct — you understand labour, cost of sales, and margin.
• A natural leader who develops and inspires people.
• Exceptional standards with an eye for the finest details.
• Calm, decisive, and solutions-focused under pressure.
• Passionate about premium food, desserts, and guest experience.
