What You'll Do:

  • Develop and drive a clear product strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Run product discovery and translate insights into hypotheses, PRDs, and experiments.
  • Own the product backlog for your area: craft problem statements, write user stories and prioritise with data.
  • Continuously deliver user-facing value through iterative releases: plan sprints, scope features, remove blockers, and partner tightly with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Skin Science department.
  • Define the roadmap as "bets" with explicit hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics; keep it aligned with company OKRs.
  • Experiment at speed: design A/B tests and pilots, use feature flags, analyse uplift, and socialise learnings across the company.
  • Partner with customers & GTM: validate problems, support discovery with key accounts, refine pricing/packaging signals, and prep release notes & enablement.
  • Work with our scientists/dermatology advisors to align features with skin-science rigor and on-brand experiences.
  • Documentation & comms: write crisp PRDs, decision logs, and change communications; keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Work with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or others).

What will help you thrive in this role:

  • 5+ years in Product Management for B2C or B2B2C SaaS with a track record of shipping measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with launching product from scratch.
  • Strong discovery and delivery skills: PRDs, backlog management, prioritisation frameworks, stakeholder updates.
  • Analytical fluency: defining metrics, reading product analytics.
  • Experimentation mindset: designing and interpreting A/B tests; working with feature flags and staged rollouts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Russian language is a plus.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Experience with dual-track agile (discovery + delivery) and outcome-based planning (OKRs).
  • Competence in user story mapping, impact mapping, and translating strategy into vertical slices that ship.
  • Familiarity with LLM/AI products is a plus.
