We are looking forward to meeting YOU!The opportunityJoin Aareon UK as a Professional Services Executive and deliver onboarding and project based services for customers using the Fixflo and Arthur platforms.You will support customer implementations, manage configuration tasks and help ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success after go-live. This role combines customer communication, technical learning and structured delivery across each implementation.What you'll be doingManage standard onboarding projects for new customers with guidance.Support configuration, training and testing activities across implementations.Deliver high-quality service in line with agreed project scope and timelines.Maintain detailed project records and status updates.Coordinate with Senior Professional Services colleagues and the Head of Professional Services to support successful outcomes.Provide training and handover to Customer Success Managers and Support where needed.What we're looking forExperience in onboarding, training or support within a SaaS environment.Strong organisational and customer-facing communication skills.Confidence learning technical systems and managing tasks independently.A detail focused approach with a strong commitment to quality and follow through.Great to have, but not essentialKnowledge of housing or property technology.Exposure to Salesforce or project delivery systems.Experience working in a consulting or services team environment.You don't need to tick every box.
