Assist in key project rollouts and training (i.e. HR system implementation, performance review process, salary planning, benefits open enrolment). Be proactive in making data-driven recommendations and identify key areas for process improvement and efficiency.
Culture, diversity, equality, inclusion, access, growth, community: Keep a pulse on culture and carry out community initiatives that balance the company’s goals, employee satisfaction, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Be a champion and campaigner of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access principles, discussions, and actions in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Assist in development and learning programmes, especially focused around our principles and internal needs. Support key interest groups and internal communications in the UK, and actively support the organisation of internal events.
Qualifications and skills:
- 4-5 years of experience as an HR coordinator/assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Fluent in English and French
- Experience in both French and UK payroll is mandatory
- Deep understanding of payroll, HR policies, benefits
- Proven experience using HR systems
- Keeps abreast of latest HR trends and best practices
- Strong ability in Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
