We're looking for a Business Development Manager with proven B2B sales success, specifically selling into estate/letting agents in London. You'll be responsible for building and converting a healthy pipeline, winning new agency partnerships, and helping us become the go-to maintenance partner for property managers across the city. This is a remote-first role, with a few days in the office each month for structured reviews, planning, and performance alignment.
What You'll Do

- Own the full sales cycle: From outreach and qualification to proposal, close, and handover to operations/account management.
- Build a predictable pipeline: Create consistent activity across LinkedIn, email, phone, and referrals with clear reporting.
- Run high-quality discovery: Understand agency pain points (turnaround time, compliance, contractor reliability, communication) and position HousingCare clearly.
- Present confidently: Deliver compelling presentations, tailored proposals, and structured follow-ups that move deals forward.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene: Keep pipeline stages, notes, next steps, and forecasts accurate and timely.
- Collaborate with ops: Ensure a smooth onboarding handover so expectations are met and partnerships stick long-term.
- Contribute to go-to-market improvements: Share insights from the field to refine messaging, packages, and outreach strategy.
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
