Are you working within the lettings property industry currently and ready to take the next step in your career? We’re on the lookout for a confident, energetic, organised and determined individual to be part of our dynamic student letting team based in Hyde Park, Leeds.
To be considered for this role, you will require a Full Driving Licence, access to your own vehicle for work use and a minimum of 1-2 years experience working in the property industry, ideally within the student lettings market.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the student lettings team and focusing on the growth of the business.
- Conducting valuations, winning instructions and bringing new properties to market.
- Identifying opportunities for new business.
- Booking and chasing up valuations.
- Prospecting for new business.
- Carrying out viewings when required.
- Negotiating lets.
- Managing your own diary appointments.
- Regularly chasing and updating to meet and exceed targets.
- Working independently or as part of a team.
- Liaising with landlords, prospective tenants and performing any other clerical duties required.
- Having the ability to multitask and work to deadlines.

Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 9.30am-5.30pm, Friday 9.00am-4.30pm & Saturdays 11.00am-3.00pm on a rota basis. These working hours may flex during the year to accommodate busier/quieter periods.
