THE BRANDHaus of Chain is proud to be partnering with Envision Agency - a global influencer and talent management agency with roots in Australia and a growing presence across the UK. Envision works with world-leading brands including Disney+, L'Oréal, Warner Bros, Dyson, DoorDash and MCoBeauty, shaping the conversations that drive real household purchasing decisions.

Founded in 2021 by Jasmine, a mum of three, Envision started as a side hustle and grew 4x in a single year. The agency now represents some of the most influential family and lifestyle creators in the market and they're only getting started. This is a business built on bold ambition, genuine authenticity and a deep respect for the partnerships they keep. Alongside the opportunity to work with some of the industry's most exciting creators, Envision offers a flexible and supportive working environment. Team members enjoy birthday leave, flexible working arrangements, and the chance to attend a range of exciting talent, brand and industry events throughout the year. It's a business that values strong relationships, celebrates success and genuinely enjoys the journey along the way.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is for someone who genuinely loves the creator world; the relationships, the hustle, the strategy and the craft of building something with talent that lasts. With this being a new phase of growth for the agency, there is plenty of opportunity for the right person to grow within the business. As the team expands, there will be the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress into senior roles over time, similar to what we've seen within our Australian team.

You'll manage and grow a roster of high performing digital creators and influencers across multiple platforms, acting as their primary point of contact, their commercial advocate and their strategic partner. This position offers flexibility and can be tailored as either a part-time or full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

  • Talent Management
    • Build trusted, long-term relationships with each creator on your roster and be the person they actually call.
    • Provide career guidance, personal branding support and long-term strategy that helps talent grow with purpose and create sustainable careers online.
    • Spot opportunities across their social channels and help them move on it.
    • Keep talent calendars, event commitments and key deadlines running without a hitch.
  • Brand Partnerships & Commercial
    • Source, pitch and secure paid brand partnerships and commercial opportunities that are right for your talent.
    • Negotiate contracts, usage rights, rates and campaign terms with confidence and in line with industry standards.
    • Build lasting relationships with brands, media agencies and PR teams across the UK.
    • Always have one eye on the next opportunity - new partnerships, new scopes, new doors.
  • Campaign Execution
    • Run campaigns and manage end-to-end timelines, deliverables, approvals and reporting from brief to wrap.
    • Keep accurate records across contracts, invoices and talent communications without letting anything slip.
    • Ensure talent content meets advertising standards, disclosure requirements and platform policies.
    • Stay sharp on platform updates, market trends and what competitors are doing in the UK space.
