With this being a new phase of growth for the agency, there is plenty of opportunity for the right person to grow within the business. As the team expands, there will be the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress into senior roles over time, similar to what we've seen within our Australian team.

This position offers flexibility and can be tailored as either a part-time or full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
Talent Management
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with each creator on your roster and be the person they actually call.

- Negotiate contracts, usage rights, rates and campaign terms with confidence and in line with industry standards.
- Build lasting relationships with brands, media agencies and PR teams across the UK.
- Always have one eye on the next opportunity - new partnerships, new scopes, new doors.
Campaign Execution
- Run campaigns and manage end-to-end timelines, deliverables, approvals and reporting from brief to wrap.
