You will play a key role across the product lifecycle, blending research-led thinking with rigorous testing to deliver seamless, intuitive, high-performing digital experiences. Key Responsibilities- UX Research
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (usability testing, interviews, surveys, task analysis) to uncover user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to define research goals and hypotheses, ensuring studies are targeted and actionable.
- Use analytic tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar) to analyse user behaviour, identify drop-offs, and uncover experience gaps.
- Turn research, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel data into clear, actionable insights.
- Champion the user voice throughout the product lifecycle and ensure insight drives confident, evidence-led product decisions.
- QA Testing
- Carry out thorough manual QA testing across web and/or mobile products.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
- Log bugs clearly and work with engineers to verify fixes.
- 2–4 years of commercial experience in UX research and manual QA testing within digital product teams.
- Proven experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Strong understanding of usability principles and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Experience working with designs and prototypes in Figma.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Confident communicator — presentable, articulate, and comfortable collaborating across design, product, and engineering teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in the UK with a valid passport (for in-person meetups and international travel as required).
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation frameworks.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools or scripting basics.
- Knowledge of accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, or Lighthouse).
- Interest in AI-powered analytics and emerging UX research methodologies.
