We are looking for a mid-weight UX Researcher / QA Tester who thrives at the intersection of user insight and product quality. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves uncovering user behaviour, spotting friction, and making sure what ships doesn’t just work — it feels right. You will play a key role across the product lifecycle, blending research-led thinking with rigorous testing to deliver seamless, intuitive, high-performing digital experiences. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, confident, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where multiple projects move simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • UX Research
  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (usability testing, interviews, surveys, task analysis) to uncover user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with designers and product teams to define research goals and hypotheses, ensuring studies are targeted and actionable.
  • Use analytic tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar) to analyse user behaviour, identify drop-offs, and uncover experience gaps.
  • Turn research, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Champion the user voice throughout the product lifecycle and ensure insight drives confident, evidence-led product decisions.
  • QA Testing
    • Carry out thorough manual QA testing across web and/or mobile products.
    • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
    • Log bugs clearly and work with engineers to verify fixes.

    Requirements

    • 2–4 years of commercial experience in UX research and manual QA testing within digital product teams.
    • Proven experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
    • Strong understanding of usability principles and WCAG accessibility standards.
    • Experience working with designs and prototypes in Figma.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
    • Confident communicator — presentable, articulate, and comfortable collaborating across design, product, and engineering teams.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be based in the UK with a valid passport (for in-person meetups and international travel as required).

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation frameworks.
    • Familiarity with automated testing tools or scripting basics.
    • Knowledge of accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, or Lighthouse).
    • Interest in AI-powered analytics and emerging UX research methodologies.

    • Remote-first setup with regular meetups and creative workshops.
    • Opportunities to travel across the UK, USA, and Dubai for collaboration and events.
    • Exposure to cutting-edge AI and product innovation projects.
    • Supportive, forward-thinking culture with mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
    • Be part of a dynamic global group where creativity and technology come together to build the future.

    Who You’ll Work With
