Role Requirements
- Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
- Conduct market appraisals for listings
- List properties on our CRM system Reapit
- Qualify clients and arrange viewings
- Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties
- Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency
- Keep record of properties, clients, and owners
