Role Requirements
Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
Conduct market appraisals for listings.
List properties on our CRM system Reapit.
Qualify clients and arrange viewings.
Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties.
Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency.
Keep record of properties, clients, and owners.
