We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Consultant who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative.
Key requirements:- Obtain through key contacts good investment opportunities to purchase/lease ready properties.
- Ensure property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies.
- Liaise with clients in order to accommodate their rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found.
- Prepare lease agreements and all necessary documents.
- Follow up on all paperwork as necessary and ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is available for entry into relevant database programs.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proficient in creating & presenting weekly/monthly leasing reports.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ensure an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients.
- Maintain accurate records on properties, clients, and landlords.
- Unlimited earning potential, starting with a 50% commission.
- Regular incentives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
