16–24 Hours • Leicester – Francis Street, Stoneygate (Allendale Road Shops)
Haus Estates is a modern, family‑run estate agency based in Leicester. We use simple digital tools and light AI automation to make admin smoother and help you work more efficiently.
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Operations Assistant to work closely with the business owner and support the day‑to‑day running of the branch.
This is a varied role involving admin, customer service, diary management, and property management tasks. Full training is provided, the right attitude matters more than previous estate agency experience.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the owner with admin, scheduling & daily operations
- Handling incoming calls, emails and enquiries
- Booking viewings and managing the diary
- Welcoming visitors and managing the front of the branch
- Assisting with property management (tenant/landlord communication, logging maintenance issues)
- Uploading simple social media updates and keeping digital files organised
- Logging enquiries and tasks using our user‑friendly systems
- Using AI‑assisted tools to make admin quicker (automated emails, reminders, call logs, templates)
Note: No technical knowledge needed, everything is easy to use and training is provided.
What We\’re Looking For
- Highly organised, reliable, and good at multitasking
- Confident communicator & friendly with customers
- Comfortable using computers, apps, and basic digital tools
- Happy to learn simple AI‑supported processes
- Must be available: Monday, Friday & Saturday
- Must live locally in Leicester
