About the Role
As an Interior Design Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage your own specialist market within the interior design sector. This is a 360 recruitment role combining business development, client relationship management and candidate delivery.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities with interior design studios and design consultancies
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing and engaging talented interior designers, interior architects and FF&E specialists
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement
- Advising clients and candidates on market trends, salaries and hiring strategies
- Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements
- Maintaining accurate records and managing your recruitment pipeline
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- A background or qualification in interior design, interior architecture or a related discipline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial mindset with an interest in sales and business development
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a desire to achieve results
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Previous recruitment experience isn't essential - we provide full training for the right person.
