Summary A small and friendly practice based outside of London, in a historical city is looking for a talented Residential AutoCAD Architect to work on beautiful high end residential projects in the British countryside., In return, the salary and package will reflect the candidate’s experience. There is also potential to grow and make your mark within this wonderful team. The Director is down to earth, hardworking and ambitious. They are driven to support the growth of their team and keep on improving on the projects they work on. Currently the team is 6 people, and they are looking to grow this year up to 9/10 people as they have just moved to a lovely new office. The role shall be based in the office 5 days a week, there is flexible hours, however as a small supportive team they find it best to collaborate and work together in the office.

  • A qualified ARB or RIBA Architect

  • Proficient in AutoCAD (essential), with experience in Sketchup and Adobe CS

  • Creative, with good presentation skills

  • Able to demonstrate good technical knowledge, working from planning to onsite, RIBA stages 0-4 – which can be shown through samples in your portfolio

  • Enjoy working within a small team. This team is 6 people currently, so a lovely friendly family feel where they all support and get stuck into the workload

  • Have experience working on UK high-end residential or mixed use projects

  • Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident liaising with internal team and clients alike

  • Have a positive go-getter attitude, friendly rapport and be ambitious to grow and develop individually and as part of the team
