Project Manager for Residential Interior Design Studio in South West London. HAUS Careers is proud to be working with a well-established Interior Design Studio to appoint a Project Manager as part of its continued growth. The studio is known for delivering high-quality, bespoke interiors across private residential and developer-led schemes. This is a key hire within the interiors team, acting as a central link between design, business development and on-site delivery. The successful candidate will take ownership of multiple live projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, contractors and suppliers, confidently driving progress while maintaining strong relationships. This position requires a balance of hands-on construction knowledge, commercial awareness and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of multiple residential projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Apply a strong, practical understanding of construction processes, including sequencing, trades coordination and on-site delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, expectations and overall project momentum.
  • Oversee project budgets, including cost tracking, reporting and management of variations.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors, suppliers and consultants across live project environments.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, providing direction and holding teams accountable where required.
  • Identify potential risks or challenges early and implement practical, solutions-led responses.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, acting as a dependable and proactive lead across each assigned project.

The Successful Candidate

  • Minimum 3+ years’ project management experience delivering residential projects, ideally high-end or developer-led.
  • Previous experience managing fees and project budgets.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of bespoke and high-end finishes.
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders in a client-facing environment.
  • Proactive, organised and solutions-focused with excellent communication skills.
