The Role
- Lead hospitality projects from concept through completion
- Take responsibility for programme, coordination, and design delivery
- Manage day‑to‑day project progress with confidence and autonomy
- Ensure quality, deadlines, and commercial objectives are met
- Work directly with directors as project lead
- Manage client relationships and key stakeholder communication
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and specialist teams
- Lead meetings and drive decisions efficiently
Technical Delivery
- Oversee projects through technical design and construction stages
- Produce and review drawing packages and technical information
- Resolve site and construction issues proactively
- Ensure buildability and design intent are maintained on site
Complex & Heritage Projects
- Deliver projects in constrained urban environments
- Work on listed buildings and heritage‑sensitive sites
- Balance planning, conservation, and operational requirements
- Navigate complex approvals and coordination challenges
About You
- ARB registered Architect or equivalent
- Proven experience running hospitality projects in the UK and/or overseas
- Strong delivery experience through to completion
- Excellent knowledge of UK construction processes and coordination
- Experience on complex urban sites and listed buildings highly desirable
- Confident working directly with clients and consultants
- Commercially aware, proactive, and solutions‑focused
- Strong communication and leadership skills
