Senior Interior Designer / Architect opportunity with a newly established, design-led interior studio operating between London and Monaco. The studio is backed by a well-respected international real estate group and is already working across multiple hospitality and commercial projects, including a flagship hotel scheme in California.
This role would suit an experienced Senior Interior Designer / Architect who enjoys being hands-on and understands how a growing design studio operates. You will work closely with the Creative Director, contributing across both the creative and technical delivery of projects while helping to shape the studio as it expands.
The Role
- Working at a senior level, you will support the delivery of hospitality and commercial projects from concept through to completion, with a strong focus on design development, FF&E strategy and technical coordination.
- Providing senior-level design support on a new hotel project in California.
- Involvement across projects from early concept through to delivery.
- Leading design development, FF&E strategy and technical coordination.
- Producing and overseeing plans, elevations, joinery drawings and full technical packages.
- Managing FF&E schedules, specifications and supplier coordination.
- Liaising with international consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Attending site visits, installations and project meetings as required.
The Candidate
- 10 to 15 plus years' experience within a reputable interior design or architecture studio.
- Strong background in hospitality and commercial interiors.
- Excellent technical capability, with AutoCAD essential.
- Comprehensive FF&E knowledge, including bespoke joinery and commercial-grade materials.
- US project experience highly desirable.
- Confident, organised and comfortable operating at senior level.
- Creative, detail-focused and collaborative in approach.
- ARB qualification is not required. This role is open to Senior Interior Designers or Architects with strong interior design expertise.
London office located around Notting Hill / Paddington. Five days per week with working from home on Fridays. Relaxed, creative and highly collaborative studio environment. Design-led, close-knit team with ambitious growth plans. International exposure across projects in the UK, Europe and the US.
