A Bid Coordinator / Graphic Designer is required to join an award-winning architecture and design practice based in Shoreditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and detail-driven professional to support high-profile commercial and residential projects, from innovative new builds to the sensitive restoration of listed buildings.
Working closely with directors and associates, you will take ownership of bid submissions and client presentations, while also maintaining marketing collateral and supporting the preparation of project reports and Design and Access Statements. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management and a sharp eye for detail are essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design within the architecture and design sector, a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment.
Roles and Responsibilities- Develop high-quality branded presentations, reports, bid documents and brochures
- Prepare and maintain studio templates to ensure clear, concise and functional documents
- Oversee graphic standards across reports and submissions, ensuring consistency across teams
- Work with directors and associates to prepare graphic content for the website and social media
- Maintain an up-to-date library of images, photography, films, project information and CVs
- Support directors in identifying industry awards and preparing award submissions
- Organise project photography when required
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
- Strong passion for architecture and design with a creative, proactive approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong graphic design and curatorial sensibility
- High attention to detail
- Understanding of the architectural bid process
- Self-motivated and highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Confident decision-maker in time-pressured situations
