An award-winning architecture and design studio seeks a talented and proactive candidate to coordinate bids and tender submissions, marketing materials, and ensure deadlines are met. You will also assist with project reports and Design and Access Statements, working closely with directors. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a bid coordinator in an architecture practice and a strong graphic design portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate responses to RFPs, bids and tender submissions, liaising with directors, associates and other stakeholders to gather required information and schedule meetings.
- Collate bid documentation, including practice information, team bios and case studies.
- Maintain a well-organised record of submissions and track proposal progress.
- Manage the library and ensure all marketing assets are up to date.
- Prepare templates for reports, submissions and presentations, keeping in-line with brand guidelines.
- Produce content for social media and the website.
About You
- Experience in bid coordination in an architecture practice.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills in an architecture practice.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines with calm, clear communication.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Proactive team-player with the ability to work independently.
