Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding client briefs and setting out an approach and team plan to help prepare commercial proposals.
  • Interpreting clients’ business objectives and the agency’s design strategy to create compelling and effective design solutions.
  • Storyboarding and preparing client presentations – effectively communicating the brief, strategy, design story and narrative, across all creative disciplines.
  • Inspiring clients and explaining how our design solutions will effectively enhance their business.
  • Organising and managing more than one project in the same timeframe.
  • Directing, inspiring and managing the project teams, both full-time & freelance.
  • Reporting back to the business on progress, issues and future requirements.
  • Liaising and managing other collaborating agencies, suppliers and contractors.
