The Role
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of your territory covering the South West and South Wales - identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals. This is a high-autonomy, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on proactive, “hunter-style” sales.
Responsibilities
- Driving revenue growth across multiple sectors
- Building relationships with contractors, engineers and merchants
- Identifying and converting new project and stock sales opportunities
- Collaborating with technical, marketing, and internal sales teams
- Providing technical guidance to customers (with support)
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Managing pipeline activity via CRM
